  Description:   Aproveitamento de energia solar pode se tornar Lei em Ribeirão Preto A Câmara de Ribeirão Preto nesta terça-feira dois Projetos de Lei que tornam obrigatório a instalação de aquecimento de água por energia solar. Uma das propostas de autoria do Vereador Gilberto Abreu (PV) estabelece que qualquer projeto de construção para instações residenciais ou comerciais como hotéis, academias esportivas, hospitais e escolas entre outros, com área igual ou superior a 120 m2, só será aprovada pela Prefeitura se nele estiverem previstas instalações hidráulica, elétrica e civil predial necessárias para o aquecimento solar de pelo menos 40% da água sanitária e de piscinas. O outro projeto da vereadora Silvana Resende (PSDB), pretende que o poder público adotando o sistema de captação de energia solar em construções sob sua responsabilidade. Abreu ressalta que os dois projetos são de grande importância para o meio ambiente e para a sociedade. “A idéia é exatamente dar um uso racional à energia solar que até agora, infelizmente não é utilizada como deveria. Essa prática permitirá uma economia substancial à população e ao Poder Público e ensejará o nosso enquadramento na nova realidade planetária que exige de nós medidas importantes na economia de energia e na criação de novos hábitos de consumo e de existência”, explica Abreu. Com a utilização de aquecedores solares, é possível que consiga uma economia de até 70% da conta de energia elétrica. Em Ribeirão Preto alguns estabelecimentos como academias de ginásticas já utilizam o sistema e comemoram, pois com o dinheiro economizado na conta de energia elétrica, já foi possível repor o investimento e agora contabilizam lucros. “È uma solução para o bolso e para o meio ambiente”, completa Abreu. Atualmente seis cidades brasileiras (Campina Grande, Porto Alegre, Belo Horizonte, Varginha e Birigüi) possuem leis municipais que exigem a instalação de aquecedores solares. Em São Paulo, desde outubro do ano passado, prédios comerciais, indústrias ou residências com mais de três banheiros estão obrigados a utilizar a luz solar para aquecer água.
