Jau no MARTas pirmsākumiem bija radies tāds teiciens kā " 70% projekts " (jo EU līdzfinasē 70% no projekta izmaksām). Pēc idejas tas jau nav nekas slikts, ja vien to nevarētu attiecināt uz ES (EC, EP) "projektiem", t.b., izpildīti 70%, bet pārējo pabeigs vēlāk... gala...... [view]
